Week 5 – Gratitude

To Practice Gratitude – now this is not new to me for I have been keeping a gratitude journal for years now. It is true when you go through looking for things to be grateful for you draw those things into your life. Even when we are having a crappy day we can find a few things that we can be grateful for. I am so glad I make this a daily practice along with meditation. Keeps the insanity at bay!
